And lastly, this was a lovely roast that BJ made. He can tell you all about it. All I know is that we devoured the meat for dinner with friends and neighbors, and even had leftovers that the kids enjoyed for dinner the next night. (I'm only sorry I didn't take the picture once the meat was plated with everything else--it looked delicious.) Everyone's a winner!
